Since the beginning of my career, I have been dedicated to transforming companies and individuals in a context of profound and rapid change. With over 18 years' experience in change and knowledge management, I bring a solid expertise acquired within leading organizations. As a recognized speaker and trainer, I offer in-company interventions to develop the adaptability and resilience of teams in the face of today's challenges.
Certified in Prosci change management, executive trainer and lecturer at the Université de Sherbrooke, I help hundreds of professionals every year to integrate best practices in organizational transformation. By combining my corporate experience and human approach, I inspire employees to see change as an opportunity for collective growth and success.

As a change management specialist for the CSeries and Global 7000/8000 programs, for six years I managed the delivery of a portfolio of projects totaling over $20 million annually. Subsequently, I contributed to the implementation of a knowledge management practice, enabling engineers to share their knowledge and foster innovation. I also supported the creation and evolution of 28 engineering communities of practice.
Wearing many hats - consultant, trainer, coach, energizer and speaker - I support organizations in integrating the human dimension into major transformation projects. I also help individuals develop their capacity to adapt and evolve towards their full potential.
