My name is
J’ai plus de 20 années d’expérience dans la grande entreprise où j’ai joué des rôles déterminants à titre de leader du changement et en tant que spécialiste en gestion des connaissances. Au cours de ma carrière, j’ai notamment:
- Implemented the Change Management practice at ODESIA, to help customers increase the adoption, use and mastery by users of new business intelligence tools (2006- 2008);
- Led the change management program (2008 to 2013) for Bombardier's C-Series and Global, to support the delivery of an annual portfolio of $20M+ projects, impacting thousands of people worldwide;
- Contributed to the implementation of the knowledge management practice (from 2013 to 2017) for the engineering group at Bombardier (5,000 employees) to support complex problem solving and innovation.
- Developed my own business to offer training, coaching and support in naturopathy.

I firmly believe that change is a vital part of our evolution, and that an organization cannot change without its people. With this in mind, I've always been keen to implement strategies that would help both organizations and employees to thrive. I particularly enjoy equipping employees to use change projects as levers for learning and developing their adaptability.
Passionate about teaching, I now help organizations develop their level of adaptability through conferences. I focus on teaching best practices in change management (Prosci) and knowledge management at the Université de Sherbrooke.
At the same time, I combine my knowledge of Coaching, Quantum Care, Reiki and Mindfulness to help my clients regain their vitality and thrive in all areas of their lives.
